Indoor Meeting Areas

Morning Star Room

Capacity: 120 | Higgins Lodge

Morning Star Room is the main meeting area in Higgins Lodge, just off of the lobby, it has a built in projector/screen with bathrooms directly across the hall. It is an ideal space for training seminars and meetings.

Sunrise Meeting Room

Capacity: 60 | Higgins Lodge

The Sunrise Room is an excellent option for medium sized groups to hold their large group gatherings, or to be used as a break out space for groups using Morning Star. Includes projector with DVD play and TV.

Comenius Room

Capacity: 15 | Higgins Lodge

Located inside Higgins Lodge, this conference room is great for smaller groups. With hardwired internet and TV, this room can be used for video conferences, presentations, and more.

Tise Meeting Room

Capacity: 32 | Tise Lodge

The Tise Meeting Room is a mid-size room located off of Tise Lodge. Featuring comfortable seating, mounted projector screen, and included projector, the space works will for retreat groups or a movie night for those staying at Tise.

Dining Hall

Capacity: 250 | Summer Camp

The Dining Hall within Summer Camp offers a large space for groups to gather and meet. With a portable projector setup, full stereo system with handheld wired microphone, and audio input groups can use the Dining Hall for anything from receptions to large theater style gatherings.

Higgins Patio

Occupancy: 125 | Higgins Lodge

Just off the Dining Room at Higgins Lodge, the Patio is a wonderful outdoor meeting option. With portable audio/video, this space can be transformed to accommodate a variety of meetings.

Higgins Lobby

Occupancy: 40 | Higgins Lodge

One of the coziest places to meet at Laurel Ridge is the Higgins lobby area. With a huge fireplace and several couches, this area allows for groups to spread out to have a relaxing conversation or discussion.

Pendry Meeting Room

Occupancy: 40 | Higgins Lodge

The Pendry Room is a huge multipurpose room, with games, a large tv, wifi, and a large fireplace. This room is a wonderful space to hold break-out groups or smaller meetings, or for your group to rest and relax.

Picnic Shelter

Occupancy: 200 | Summer Camp

The Picnic Shelter located in Summer Camp across from Tise Lake has about 15 picnic tables. It is the perfect space for groups to gather and enjoy being outside while taking in the beautiful scenery that Laurel Ridge has to offer.

Assembly Hall Porch

Capacity: 30 | Summer Camp

Outside of the Assembly Hall is a large, covered porch that makes for the perfect outdoor meeting area. Sheltered from the weather, this area works great for a breakout group session after having a meeting in the Assembly Hall.

Vistas

Throughout the property, there are many vistas and overlooks that are wonderful outdoor meeting spots. Groups can bring their own blankets, hammocks, or chairs to set up, or our staff can coordinate a vista meeting set-up with advanced notice.
